Multiple bathrooms; clean sheets & pillow; reception was very polite
The capsules lack ventilation, which was expected from reading the other reviews. The walls are thin so EVERYTHING can be heard. If you turn over in your pod there is some noise. When you open/close your pod door there is noise. There was a couple talking quietly all night in their pod. It was not too disturbing but just know that it's not completely silent.
