Location was perfect, so close to the main sites and beach, didn’t need to use public transport once. Bed was very comfortable, balcony is lovely and a smart tv is a nice addition. We were welcomed with chocolates and bottled water and it was very clean and beautifully presented. Had everything we needed, me and my daughter had a very comfortable stay.
Some nights were very noisy (Tuesday and Friday were the worst) with the bar downstairs until 4am so found it hard to sleep, be mindful with young children and bring good earplugs. The central location made it worth it though. Also be mindful there is a €20 charge for bed linen for the sofa bed which is only declared in host profile not property description or policies.

We had the easiest self check in with a perfect guide showing how everything would look so you didn’t get lost. Location for getting round Alicante is great and a lovely view of the castle from balcony. And the balcony provides great people watching opportunities:) we would definitely stop here again.
The night club as previously mentioned in other reviews is opposite the apartment and is open Thursday-Sunday till 0400. We were aware from previous reviews so had packed ear plugs so it wasn’t a massive problem to us.
And if you slept downstairs the noise was quieter.

THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT AND IT TOOK US A DAY TO ORIENT OURSELVES TO THE NIEGHBORHOOD.
