Room & Inn location EXACTLY as described with booking so no surprises. ("Basic") Room and balcony Ocean view and access to the beach were exactly as expected. EXTREMELY convenient. Reviews indicated Late night noise from the Tiki Bar. For our 3 night stay the Tiki "festivities" started at 11:00AM and ended by 11:00PM. Thus did not disturb us. To add, one afternoon my wife & I spent a few hours on the balcony & our conversations were not disturbed by the soft music emanating from the Tiki Bar. Bed was comfortable, air conditioner worked very well. Mini frig and freezer were clean and worked very well. Ice maker was not available on the floor, however taking the ice bucket or small beach cooler to the Tiki Bar provided free Ice. CHECK IN/OUT , all automated, secure and CONVENIENT. Would I book here again on another visit to the area? ABSOLUTELY
3- room issues; 1- Coffee maker did not work properly, minimal drinking cups, K-cups & sugar/creamers were available. WE did not report it bc, we usually hit a nearby Dunkins' for breakfast. 2. Bathroom did not have toilet paper holder. Though the BR was small , a "rolling" tp roll was somewhat of an inconvenience. 3. The pully/rollers on the glass slider were worn and in need replacement. Door sat a bit lopsided and made it difficult to open close the door. Blackout curtains were a PLUS!
