HORRIBLE
Location of the apartment as it’s close to everything and it’s on a quiet street, but a resident in the building was extremely loud and verbally aggressive to the point it made us nervous. He was arguing/fighting with someone 2 nights in a row.
When I first reserved the place (December), I emailed the host explaining that we will 2 beds, and I asked for them to unfold the couch in the living room so it can be used as a bed. I never received an acknowledgment, but assumed it wouldn’t be problem since I had such requests in the past and hosts were always accommodating. When I was on my way to Krakow, I followed-up with the request. Diana responded saying "Yes, we will make two places for sleep”; but, when I arrived, the sofa was not unfolded and no extra bedding was provided. I immediately, emailed them back letting them know and Diana replied that the sofa bed is not to be unfolded; however, if we prefer, we can do it ourselves. Seriously? What about the bedding, Diana- where were we supposed to get it from?? Additionally, I refuse to unfold any furniture in the event it breaks (or it could already be broken) then they would put the blame on me. Second, I have osteoarthritis.
Another issue was with TOWELS! We were staying there 6 days and they only provided us with 2 large and 2 small towels. We used one as a hand towel in the bathroom. I emailed them also asking for couple more towels. I can’t imagine wiping my face, hair and feet with the same towel and for 6 days on top of that. GROSS! Their response was that in the listing they say they provide towels; however, they don’t say how many, therefore they get to decide how many they give you and if you want extra, you have to pay 20 zl per towel. I expressed my dissatisfaction and they still pushed back, instead of accommodating us. I reached out to Booking to help us out with this and they finally sent someone to unfold the sofa bed and provided us with TWO SMALL TOWELS.
Final issue, BED in the bedroom is extremely soft and I was sinking in which caused back pain for me. Luckily, there was a sofa next to it, so I moved there and slept for the duration of the stay. I was going to leave and demand a refund, but I couldn’t find a place last minute.

Ubytování blízko hradu a židovské čtvrti. Čisté pokoje, v domě výtah, k dispozici pračka, myčka. Parkovacích míst na ulici poblíž bylo dost. Hlavní rynek v docházkové vzdálenosti.
