This modern and very attractive 3½-room apartment (approx. 58 m²) on the 2nd floor/attic level offers a high degree of functionality and is fully furnished. The apartment is designed in a rustic country house style with partially exposed roof beams. The flooring in the living and bedroom areas is high-quality vinyl design flooring; the bathrooms and toilets are tiled.

The vacation rental can accommodate a total of 5 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the hallway, which features a coat rack and mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.

The modern and tastefully furnished living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable corner couch, a cozy recliner, a coffee table, a bookshelf, and a spacious dresser. The dining area is furnished with a table and wicker chairs.

For your entertainment, the vacation apartment is equipped with 2 modern flat-screen TVs. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The apartment also features a child-friendly family scavenger hunt. It works like an escape room game, but without a time limit. This way, you and your children can enjoy an exciting stay even when the weather isn’t great!

The modern open-concept kitchen area includes a built-in kitchen unit with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully and well-equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The inviting and cozy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and two spacious wardrobes. The additional blackout curtains on the windows ensure you get a good night’s sleep. In a small, open space off the bedroom, there is an additional sleeper sofa with a nightstand for one more person. If no one is sleeping here, this space can also be used as a storage area for luggage if needed.

The spacious first bathroom, which opens off the first bedroom, features a bathtub with a shower enclosure, a sink, and a toilet, as well as a hair dryer and ample storage space.

The separate, additional second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and nightstands and features an additional TV. Of course, the blackout curtains here also ensure you get a good night’s sleep.

The additional second bathroom, located off the hallway in front of the second bedroom, (with natural light / window) features a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as a chair.

You can store your jackets on the coat rack in the apartment’s entryway.

From September 1 through May 31, a small wellness area is available to you free of charge in the basement of the apartment complex, featuring a sauna, a Jacuzzi whirlpool, a rain shower, and a relaxation room. These are perfect for relaxing and warming up after a brisk walk on the beach.

Shared washing machines and dryers are located in the basement of the apartment complex and can be used free of charge by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a parking space (some of which are carports) assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be parked in bike racks in front of the building. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a local bike rental shop if you’re interested. Upon request, the bikes can also be delivered and picked up for you.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs (see Prices).

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the outdoor area if necessary. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are only possible after consulting with our staff by phone.
