This elegant home measures 100 square meters and is located just 1 minute from the Metro A station in the San Giovanni neighborhood, in a quiet and convenient location near the Historic Center. You can reach all major attractions within 10 minutes, such as Termini Central Station, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, St. Peter’s Basilica, the Pantheon, Piazza Venezia, and more. All bus and taxi stops are also located in the area.
In 15 minutes on foot, you can reach the Colosseum, the Imperial Forums, and other attractions that are among the most famous in the
world.
The apartment has been recently renovated; it is clean and cozy.
It consists of:
- a large entryway with a security door and a LIVING ROOM with a 3-seater sofa, double windows, a dining table, a TV, and a balcony;
- KITCHEN with a fold-out table for 4 people and all amenities (pots, cutlery, glasses, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary pods, complimentary tea, refrigerator, and freezer with ice) featuring a balcony, TV, and double windows;
- FIRST BEDROOM with a double bed (160×200), 17 square meters, featuring air conditioning, a desk, a large closet, and a balcony with double windows and shutters;
- SECOND BEDROOM: very large, 22 sq m, with a desk, air conditioning, a balcony with double windows and shutters, a large closet, and a 50-inch flat-screen TV.
