About this apartment rental
From your private parking space, walk through the lovingly landscaped garden, past the garden shed, toward the single-family home, where your vacation rental is located directly on the first floor. The vacation rental impresses with its newly furnished and spacious rooms. Color accents give the apartment a cozy feel. All rooms are equipped with roller shutters and nearly new soundproof windows. The hillside location offers a perfect view over the trees, the street, and the residential area. A storage area for bicycles is available in the garden shed.
Meersburg Vacation Rental:
You enter a bright, spacious hallway equipped with a coat rack, a large full-length mirror, and a seating area. On the right side of the hallway is the south-facing bedroom. It offers a beautiful view of Lake Constance and the Alps. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe. The double bed can be separated to create two single beds measuring 90x200 cm. Opposite the entrance, you’ll find the bright and tastefully furnished living room. It faces south, allowing you to relax here in the evenings while enjoying the view of the lake and the Alps. It is equipped with a TV, radio, two sofa beds (90x200 cm), a side table, and a cozy reading nook. To the left of the living room, you’ll find a new, fully equipped, and modern kitchen. It features a seating area, a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a ceramic-top stove, an oven, as well as a filter coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. The second bedroom is located on the north side of the house. This spacious room offers plenty of storage space and is furnished with two beds (90x200) and a wardrobe. Opposite the bedroom is the restroom, which features a small window, a privacy screen, and a separate sink. Right next door is the bathroom, which has been preserved in its original style and is equipped with a large frosted-glass window, a shower, a bathtub, a sink, a mirror cabinet, and a hair dryer. Outside, on the northwest side of the house, you’ll find a lovingly designed stone terrace in a Mediterranean style, surrounded by flowers and trees. Here, you can enjoy the sun and the view of Lake Constance. A second small seating area is located on the south side of the house.
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00, and check-out is from 1:00 to 10:00.
