The 65 m² vacation apartment is located on the upper floor and is suitable for two people. The apartment consists of a kitchen (equipped with a stove, sink, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and range hood), a dining area with a large dining table seating 4–6 people and a high chair, and a living area with a sofa, table, sideboard, and TV. The apartment has one bedroom with two beds and a pull-out sofa (in the living room) as an additional sleeping option; a fold-out mattress and a crib are also available. The apartment includes a balcony with a table and 4 chairs, as well as pool loungers and a beach umbrella.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. All guests have access to a rowboat, a pedal boat, and a stand-up paddleboard, as well as a barbecue area and a ping-pong table on the property. A private parking space is available on the property.

For families with children or nature lovers, the large property—surrounded by water—offers an undisturbed idyll for playing, exercising, or simply relaxing. The approximately 1.5-hectare property features not only large meadows and a magnificent grove of trees but also a private sunbathing area with direct access to the beach.

High-speed internet with speeds of up to 500 Mbit/s is available to our guests.
