A modern and very bright vacation apartment with a large corner balcony. It is located just 10 meters from the beautiful sandy beach in Hohwacht. It is centrally located in Hohwacht, with restaurants and shops nearby. There is a private parking space in front of the building, as well as an elevator.
The apartment is just a few meters from the Baltic Sea, so you can enjoy your time not only on the balcony but also on Hohwacht Beach. In addition, the beach promenade runs right past the vacation home, making this a perfect base for a vacation in Hohwacht.
In addition to its proximity to the sea, shops for daily needs, a playground, numerous restaurants, and the dog-friendly beach are all within walking distance.
The Hohwachter Bucht Golf and Country Club is about a five-minute drive away.

The kitchen is modern and open-concept. In addition to a dishwasher, it features a stove and oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and numerous other kitchen utensils. A toaster, a coffee maker, a microwave, and an electric kettle are also provided.
The dining table offers plenty of space for all guests staying at the property.
The living area is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa and a large TV, inviting you to relax and enjoy pleasant evenings.
