Super hotel in the Colonial Zone. Everything about the room and team was great. The only issue is the noise from the street at night.

I arrived at an inconvenient time but my check in was warm and quick! My room was really comfortable and the AC was great! The breakfast area is rustic and wonderful. Staff is kind and attentive. Location is ideal if your goal is to discover Zona Colonial during your stay - and there is LOTS to discover!

Great location..
I have been coming to Santo Domingo for years, and have stayed at numerous hotels in La Zona Colonial and Bella Vista. I believe I have discovered the hotel that I will be returning to in the future. Clean. Staff was awesome. We were greeted warmly on arrival, and offered a cold pineapple juice (best I’ve ever had) while we waited during check in. The hallways and artwork are beautiful. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Staff was flexible and available if we had needs.
I would love to write that the hotel was awful, terrible, so other possible guests in the future don’t go to this hotel so I can have it all to myself! A wonderful stay.
ONLY negative was my friends stayed on a first floor room facing the street, and it was quite loud during the night. I think that is just the way it is going to be.
