Extremely dirty apartmenet and dishonest owner
Nothing extremely dirty i left
I booked this apartment for one night at. I agreed with the owner to check in early at 12 p.m., but I arrived around 1:30 p.m.
The apartment was in terrible condition.
• Dust covered everything
• Mosquitoes everywhere
• Refrigerator full of rotten food
• Hair all over the bathroom and shower
• Cigarette butts on the floor
• Dirty pillowcases and mattresses
• Old banana leaves and empty water boxes on the ground
• Cabinets full of insects and trash
I contacted the owner immediately. He said he would send someone to clean, but this was a one-night stay, and my only vacation day was wasted. The maid arrived very late and cleaned very slowly. The electricity kept cutting. Nothing felt usable or clean enough to even put my bag down.
I asked for a refund. The owner agreed at first and said he would transfer the money after Booking released the payment. Later, he started making excuses. First, he said I came before the 3 p.m. check-in time, even though he personally approved the early check-in. Then he said the apartment was shared with his brother and that he could only refund part of the amount. Weeks passed and I received nothing.
This owner is unreliable and unprofessional. He ruined my day and wasted my time and money. I drove from Cairo to Ain Sokhna and back for nothing.
Avoid renting from this owner. The place was filthy, and the owner is dishonest does not keep his word.

We left and lost our money as we didn’t want to stay, we went back home to our nice, clean, up market compound in Cairo.
Nothing, after reaching the so-called “resort” and after we had arrived at the property, I had no desire to enter the property, just by the look of the surrounding
The photos are misleading, as there are no photos of the property nor the surrounding of the property which is just filled with rubbish and litter.
