The house was beautiful, peaceful, and in a wonderfully isolated village. It was incredibly calm and quiet. The village was so peaceful that even the only cafeteria was on vacation during my stay!
One thing I wish I had known beforehand, though, was that the house comes with a few very curious and absolutely adorable feline visitors. There was even a particularly cute couple among them! Naturally, I ended up driving quite a distance to the nearest shop to get some cat food.
