The hotel is really nice!
The staff there are simply wonderful! Words aren't enough.
The girls at the reception are lovely, and the security guard at the entrance is amazing! Receiving such warm treatment is the absolute best.
The room is great too..everything is clean, comfortable, and pleasant, with a big and lovely balcony.
The dining room is very beautiful, but the service there is really not good.
If we didn't mention that things had run out, no one replaced them.
It took them a long time to clear tables. There was a wide variety of food, but it was tasteless... and the coffee machine didn't work well at all.
So in short, disappointing.
