great location just on the edge of the North Laines in a residential street
the house is extremely well fitted out and equipped - with little touches like (excellent) fresh ground coffee and milk in the fridge. Kitchen is fully equipped - from coffee machine, to dishwasher with more than enough crockery and galsses to mean you won't run out.
The decor is totally fitting to the location
perfect - will stay again next time I'm in Brighton
nothing - you're near the bustling laines so there will be some noise of an evening, and its a family street, so there will be noise from 7.30am or so as folks go to work & school

Well decorated, everything was functioning, clean and appropriate. The size was perfect and the location pretty convenient and quiet! The owner was very friendly and welcoming through messages. There were plenty of items and supplies to make the stay very pleasant and stress free.
No issues!

We loved the decor and the entertainment. I wasn’t expecting an espresso machine or so many great tv services, but they were there and it was amazing, with all the instructions how to use them properly. There was a speaker system, and a little disco ball so we could make a really fun atmosphere for the kids.
Everything was clean and we had plenty of linens, towels, and nice toiletries. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of dishes, as well as coffee/tea, basic seasoning and treats. We felt very spoiled. We didn’t need heat or air conditioning in the mild weather, but it was there if we needed it.
The shower steam set off the smoke alarm a couple of times when we opened the door after a shower.
The beds were a bit creaky, and the bedding was very synthetic and scratchy. Hygienic I suppose!
It is a noisy neighbourhood especially on weekends, but we knew what we were getting and wanted to be where the action was.
