Amplasarea aproape de obiectivele principale, cat si de gara.Apartamentul , decorat frumos si foarte confortabil, terasa minunata . Gazda, Rafael , a fost foarte amabil, asigurandu-se intotdeauna ca totul este in regula.

We had a really nice stay in Seville! The apartment was very comfortable and in a great location, close to both the city centre and the train station. It was easy to get around and explore the city. Everything was great, and we’d happily stay here again!

This property was beautiful. Everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable.
Location was perfect and we found a bar called BAOCO within 5 mins walk which was really lovely.

It was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The decoration was really original with some lovely pieces that gave the place character.
The outdoor space - the apartment was located on such a busy road that it was not enjoyable spending any time on the terrace. If I'd have read previous reviews saying the same thing, I probably wouldn't have booked it but to be fair, the road noise was really loud even from inside the apartment.
The whole building also smelt sporadically of drains. Some days it was fine but then others it was quite bad. When the building smelt, it also smelt in the bathrooms in the apartment.
Kitchen and bathrooms quite tired and in need of modernisation. Messaged at the beginning of our stay to let them know the dishwasher didn't work - not because it was essential to us but because I didn't want them thinking we'd broken it. As it turns out, and on reading reviews from well over a year ago, this has been an issue for a long time. So much so they'd made a video to send to guests of how to get it to work which involved a balled up piece of kitchen roll and a wooden spoon...
