Staying in a traditional Italian apartment in the center of Matera was a true delight. We really appreciated how comfortable and accessible this flat was to all the attractions of Matera. We spent most of our time in the light filled kitchen at the table when not outside exploring. What a great place.
The flat was on the 4th floor I think. Our host presented a funny video of him going up the flights to unlock the door, breathing harder and harder. It really wasn't that hard to walk up those stairs in the end! Ha!

L'emplacement était parfait, très proche du centre historique. Nous avons pu faire tout à pied. L'appartement est grand et confortable. Le style très vieillot se marie bien avec l'environnement de Matera. Nous avons facilement trouvé du stationnement payant dans une rue pas très loin.
Plusieurs choses ont besoin d'être réparées. L'appartement est au 4e étage ce qui ne convient pas à tous, surtout avec des valises. Le corridor ne sent pas très bon, mais une fois dans l'appartement, nous y sommes très bien.

Schöne, sehr große Wohnung mit guter Küchenausstattung und schöner, alter Möblierung und drei Schlafzimmern, jeweils mit Tür. Gute Lage: ca. 10 Minuten zu kostenlosen Parkplätzen in den Seitenstraßen der Via Ugo La Malfa und nur wenige Minuten zur Altstadt.
Schlimmster Check-in, den wir je erlebt haben: Zusätzlich zur üblichen Bestätigung der booking.com-Regeln wurden wir beim notwendigen Online-Check-in gezwungen, einen weiteren Vertrag abzuschließen. Außerdem mussten wir Fotos von jeder Person auf einer fremden Website hochladen, bei der jede Person seinen Ausweis neben das Gesicht hält. Sogar bei Kindern war dies gefordert. Diese Prozedur hat uns einen ganzen Abend unseres Urlaubs versaut.
Wir glauben, die Vermieter verkaufen die Fotos, um kriminelle Handlungen durchzuführen. Ein Check-in vor Ort mit dem Vermieter ist nicht möglich. Ein Zugang zur Wohnung ist nur mit Online-Check-in möglich. Eine Stornierung war nicht mehr möglich.
Nach dem Hochladen der Fotos erhält man eine automatische Nachricht mit den Zugangsinformationen. Wichtig: Man muss die Check-in Uhrzeit unbedingt einhalten, sonst funktioniert der Code am Türschloss nicht.
Dusche hat stark wechselnde Wassertemperatur.
