We loved the location and the ease of check in. We were right on the water! And just a short walk from the center of town. The room was clean and it was easy to get more pillows for sleeping. The one staff person we encountered was nice.
Because it was on the ground floor, it was a little loud, both from upstairs inhabitants and the sounds of the street/road. We had to open the window because the room got too warm, but there was a strange smell of kerosene outside that kept coming into our room along with midgies (invisible mosquitos). While nice, it was quite pricey for what it was - as a simple room with an attached bathroom.

Clean and tidy
The staff waiting for our key when we were getting ready to leave. Standing over your customers is not acceptable.
Lack of parking for the amount of people.
They have 2 vans taking up 2 of 4 spaces.
Our room was very small. No room for case and to move around.
