The location is exceptional -- one can't ask for a better location. The facilities are good and in working condition. The host was very responsive to all my queries. Overall, an excellent stay.
Actually, I liked the stay very much. If I have to point out something that could have been improved, it's perhaps the exhaust vents (or so they seemed), which could have been cleaned a bit. But really, this is not much of a complaint, since these vents were high up on the wall and didn't bother me much.
