Good staff especially a very pleasant young lady by name Nadiath at the front desk.
Your staff were very polite

The room was it for me. It had a luxurious ambience feel and look.
The pool is well played out.

An absolute stunning hotel with A1 customer service. If I were to describe the experience using one word, it would be “luxurious”. Located in close proximity to popular tourist attractions (the Amazon statue, graffiti wall, beaches, etc).
The television did not offer streaming service (Netflix, Hulu, etc).

The location was perfect. The amenities were fabulous- two separate sinks which is perfect for two guests in a room.
Food was ridiculously expensive. There weren’t many buggies to get around at night when we went to Byblos club.
