Welcome to studio 1515 in the most modern building in downtown São Paulo. The apartment is on the top floor and is the largest in Vita Bom Retiro. Enjoy a well-located space near Brás, Bom Retiro and Avenida Paulista. Cleanliness, convenience, technology, and a beautiful view of the city. The apartment has all the essentials for a kitchen, a workspace for a home office, internet and Netflix, as well as a wine cellar for wine lovers.

Studio 1515 features a double bed, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, television, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, shower with central heating, blender, hairdryer, and a beautiful island for meals.
The building features a gym, swimming pool, rooftop terrace, coworking space, movie theater, games room, and parking, in addition to top-notch security with 24-hour concierge service.
Guest access
Beth's Airbnb access is via QR code and electronic lock. Convenience and security for you to have a great experience.
Other observations
•The parking space, which costs 30 reais per day (please advise of your need at the time of booking), is exclusively for small and medium-sized cars.
• Making noise is not permitted between 10 PM and 8 AM, as the building is for residential purposes and has established rules for this.
• Leaving luggage at the reception is not allowed (please inquire about nearby luggage storage options).
• Earlier or later check-in and check-out times are only possible if there are no other tenants, and will incur an additional cost per hour (please consult us).
• The presence of an additional tenant without prior notice will incur a daily fee of R$ 200.00.
• If the apartment is left excessively dirty, an extra cleaning fee of R$ 200.00 will be applied.
• Fines incurred by the condominium related to the reservation period will be charged to the guest.
