About this apartment rental
Step out your door and onto Marylebone High Street, with its cute cafes, art galleries, and cocktail bars just steps away. Our bright and airy 2-bedroom flat sleeps 4 comfortably, with a sofa bed in the living room for 2 extra guests if needed. The fully equipped kitchen with a bar and dining table for 6 is perfect for meals. Located on the first floor with elevator, it's a short walk to Regent's Park, Oxford Street, and tube stations.
Property is located on the 1st floor, and can also be accessed via an elevator. Upon entering the premises, we enter a hallway for you to hang your coat and to take off your shoes.
From the hallway we can enter the following rooms:
- Masterbedroom (double bed with wardrobe and working desk)
- 2nd bedroom (double bed with wardrobe and working desk)
- Bathroom with bath, sink and toilet
- Living / Dining room with TV, bar and reading corner.
- Kitchen / bar
Other things to note:
- Living Room contains a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people (please let us know if you need the sofa bed to sleep on in advance and there will be a charge of £25 per night)
- Superfast wifi throughout the home.
- The apartment is child/toddler friendly but they will be priced as regular guests and should be booked as such. Baby-cot/baby-chair/baby-bathtub are also available upon request.
- Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on Netflix on the TV
- Nespresso coffee machine and bread toaster are provided for your enjoyment
- Clothing Washer/Dryer are available for your use
- Microwave/Oven is also provided in the kitchen for your convenience

Amazing location and great property (as advertised)! Communication was clear and easy. We had a great visit in London with this as our home base with our small children.

The apartment was booked for visits to Harley Street and was very conveniently situated for this purpose, being within easy walking distance.The booking process was simple, and Leon, our host, answered all questions very promptly. The check-in on arrival was similarly easy.We were very pleased with the excellent standard of cleanliness when we checked in.The apartment is spacious and comfortably furnished, with some charming touches. The photographs on the listing are very recent and accurately reflect the furnishings and decor. We were particularly taken with "Fido", as we named him, and would willingly take him on if ever he needs rehoming! :)As the check-out was at 10 a.m., we needed somewhere to store our luggage until we left London. Through Bounce, we found storage at Andrew K in Marylebone Street, literally three minutes away from the apartment on foot. This was very useful and could usefully be recommended to future guests.Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great property in a great location. We were about a 10-15 min walk from 3 different tube stations so getting around London was very easy. We were there in the middle of the heatwave and there is no A/C in the flat but they did have fans in each room so that helped! My 15yo daughter loved the window bed in the living room. We loved our time in London and would book this flat again if we come back. 5 The host was very nice and had good communication throughout.

Really enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive and the location was wonderful. I didn’t find it to be particularly noisy at night and we have sufficient room.
