The communication about the check-in process wasn't clear. Unfortunately the apartment wasn't clean when checked in. The staff was rude, not into service at all.

Our number 1 criterion: kids must have a pool. Arrive at destination, told it was closed due to COVID. Why were we not informed at time of booking? This was false advertising. We spent a lot of money on this. Kids were very upset. I know this must be an oversight but can you imagine how disappointed we were? I believe we should get some money back for this as part of service recovery to the customer. Please contact me if you agree. And update your website. Make it crystal clear to parents like us that you're taking their good money and not offering everything listed!
