Two major feedback.
Bathroom towels : please use good clean towels if you cannot, please make it clear in your webpage so that travelers can bring their towels.
Parking: dangerous way to enter and exit. Car chassis will be damaged and inexperienced drivers cant climb such upskill and downhill

A great place to be because it’s in on the main road in downtown with all kinds of shops walking distance.
The staff are great and the hotel is well kept and quiet.

We booked an additional room after reaching the property. Staff were helpful in adding another room.
The bathroom was not clean, even after staff cleaned it after requesting, there was a strong urine smell emanating from the bathroom.
We had booked the room for 3 people, the extra bed was not setup by them, the staff had not laid the bed voluntarily.
Parking was a problem, as the ramp was not properly placed to facilitate the parking, as a result the car base was hitting the ramp resulting in damage.
Overall the property was decent
