Safe, convenient and clean. There are other lodging facilities in the same building so it was a little tricky at first but the lady at the front desk was helpful. U can’t beat the price for a safe stay in such a convenient location.

The location is good very close to Opera and Sol metro stations , plenty of supermarkets and food places nearby.
The room was cleaned daily by the ladies who do a great job and although little English is spoken , they help out with any issues , having the aircon in the room is essential with the Madrid heat nice to come back to the room and being able to chill .
I will stay here again on my next trip to Madrid it is not a 5 star property but is well worth the price of the room .
