Fanatstic bed and breakfast right in Florence’s city center! If you are looking for an intimate stay, I would highly recommend. If you are adverse to stairs or are older, a caution that you have to climb a few flights of stairs to get to your room. They are wide stairs and the staff is extremely helpful and helped us carry up our bags when we checked in.

Daniel was fantastic he contacted us before we were due to arrive to see what time we were arriving and said if the room was available we could go straight in and it was just after 1200 fantastic. Really good location for everything the only slight negative due to our age more than anything and nothing that could be done as this is an old building the stairs 4 floors was difficult with luggage. However a brilliant place to stay in Florence

Location - 5/5 - in pedestrian area, 5 minutes from the bridge, museums, duomo and everything you want to see in Florence.
Amenities 5/5 - the property has been renovated, located in an old building but the rooms are new and the bathrooms are great. When we changed rooms we didn’t have a mini fridge in the new one.
Staff 4/5 - the staff was great, however, I am rating it a 4 not because they are not helpful, but because this is not like your average business hotel that has staff at the lobby 24/7, but they are very helpful. I will say you have to be at breakfast at the time you select when you first check in. We had asked for 9:00 am but after our first night (long flight from Florida), we ended up going at 9:45 as we overslept. The lady was not happy and told us that it was late but she would still serve us (even though the breakfast is served from 8-10).
