The property in the main was excellent but using the keys to unlock the internal doors was a challenge.lt could easily take 5 minutes fiddling with the keys to get in. Also the main picture gave the impression that the rooms had balconies with sea views when in fact we only had a window overlooking the side street.

This was the perfect location for my daughter & leaving from the port each day. Antonio was so friendly & helpful.

Relais Castel Nuovo was wonderful for our one-night stay. We are traveling to Capri and the Amalfi Coast, but we wanted to experience Naples at least for one day. It was definitely a plus to just walk 5 minutes to the Beverello Port the next day. The pictures are very representative of the studio. My girlfriend and I were very happy with the cleanliness of the studio apartment. The bathroom is renovated and amazing as well. We are also very happy of how Antonio (the host) treated us. Very respectful, professional, and attentive. He was very accommodating to our specific needs. The building also has EuroATMs very close and the building has a luggage storage unit. I would recommend 100% recommend staying here especially if you have a trip to any islands around the Naples area/coast or the Amalfi Coast.
