PARA VOLVER, todo muy bien.

El apartamento está súper equipado, tiene todo lo necesario, colchón cómodo y todo recién nuevo. Nosotros hemos estado una semana y MUY bien. Jhony nos ha tratado genial y ha estado atento en todo momento a nosotros. Volveremos sin duda. Gracias por todo.

MUY DECEPCIONANTE

La ubicación.

Una experiencia que no repetiríamos Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento fue bastante decepcionante y muy diferente de lo que esperábamos al realizar la reserva. Desde el primer día encontramos varios problemas en el apartamento. Entre ellos, los lavabos no desaguaban correctamente y había diferentes desperfectos que, según nuestra experiencia, ya estaban presentes cuando llegamos. En ese momento no hicimos fotografías de todo ello porque no imaginábamos que posteriormente se nos fuera a reclamar responsabilidad económica por esos problemas. Además, consideramos que el apartamento no se correspondía plenamente con las expectativas que generaban las fotografías y la descripción del anuncio. Después de haber pagado el precio de la estancia, la relación entre lo que se anunciaba y lo que encontramos al llegar nos pareció bastante decepcionante. Asimismo, se nos solicitaron otros 50 € en concepto de limpieza, indicándonos que se nos devolverían si dejábamos el apartamento completamente limpio. Cumplimos con ello y finalmente esos 50 € fueron devueltos. Aun así, consideramos que la situación fue innecesaria y que las condiciones y los importes que se nos iban comunicando durante la estancia resultaron bastante incómodos. Lo que más nos ha sorprendido, sin embargo, ha sido la reclamación posterior de 259 € por supuestos desperfectos. No reconocemos haber causado esos daños y, por tanto, no consideramos justificado asumir ese importe.

La ubicación muy buena, el apartamento genial y Juan un encanto muy atento a todo y preguntando que tal iba todo y si necesitábamos algo.

Es cierto que va en gustos pero el colchón para mi gusto un poco blando.
