Unreliable, irresponsible host. Poor communication.

There is an elevator in the building.

Avoid at any costs. We arrived to the apartment late in the evening and were shocked what we found there. The apartment was in a total mess: - windows were left wide open and lights ON in every room, which was very attractive for insects to visit the apartment; - there was a bucket with a dirty water and cleaning tools left in the kitchen; - the bed was still with an old pillow but without a bed linen, meanwhile the used bed linen after the previous guest was just left on the chair in the kitchen; - there were unclean and still wet towels hanging on the wall after the previous guest; - table in the kitchen was dirty, lots of hair and crumbs on the floor; - bathroom was a cherry on the cake: few sheets of toilet paper left for our stay, sink was unclean and full of previous guest’s hair, floor dirty. No comments for the condition of the toilet itself…; You can only imagine a disappointment and frustration when you arrive to such a location for your overnight stay at 23:30 and realise there is nowhere else to go. Luckily we had our own towels in the luggage and also found a spare linen in the closet. We sent photos to host immediately. The host said “it is strange, sorry, you will get a full refund for your stay”. Next day we asked for a refund, but host told us that we have to contact Booking.com staff and apply a claim. So we did. However, the host did not reply anymore neither to us nor Booking.com team. And it was enough to avoid refunding us back the full amount. After several mails and calls to Booking.com, we finally received just an apologise for an inconvenience and 10€ credit in Booking account... unbelievable.

Good place to stay.

Very clean, quiet, modernised apartment. Easy walk to the train station, Dia store, and cafes etc. We had no problems checking in and liked having an elevator. Had everything we needed and would stay here again if we come back to Jerez.

Nothing.
