Really lovely modern building and rooms. Comes fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a stay

Everything was great, new, clean, tasteful and well appointed. Staff were fantastic. Helped me with my bags and other needs. There is no elevator, so that is appreciated. If i had anything to complain about, it would be the view (walls pretty much) and the other guests who were thoughtless and very noisy (dropping things for hours, moving furntiure) which is not the fault of the hotel. I had a friend staying less than 2 blocks away in another building and it was night and day the quality and condition of the suites. Thank you Alberti 9 for your thoughtful service. I will return.
Other guests. view. no balcony to gauge weather conditions.

Very nice location to be able to access the boardwalk and the beach. Grocery nearby and close to the main square, shops, restaurants etc. We loved having the washer and the little kitchen
It is really quite small (compact) and there is no view of anything

Great location . 10 to Massena square. 15 to Old Town . 15 to the beach. Many restaurants are close by, including a nice cafe at the apartment entrance. Helpful to hang out here if you arrive before checkin time
Interior finishings are high quality, clean with plenty of storage.
Windows have incredible soundproofing from the street below. So street noise is minimal. Unable to comment on noise from adjacent suites, either because of vacancies or good sound protection ?
We were in suite 202 which is a one-bedroom and three windows to the street with two step out balconies . Great view. Highly recommend this room.
We arrived early and the nice host stored our bags until we were about to checkin into our room. Upon formal check-in, about 1:15pm, our bags were brought to our room. (Second floor-no elevator)
Wish we stayed longer…
