The communication with the owner was excellent, and virtually instantaneous. We appreciated the pick up arrangements from the airport and the return drive to get a rental car. We had a huge number of concerns, but several were addressed fairly promptly.. Lots of hot water in the shower.
The apartment was extremely quiet and in a good location for us. It was very large.
No stopper for the bathroom sink. No hook for hand towels. No drying towels in the kitchen. No small spoons - both later provided however. Several light bulbs were missing, including three in the kitchen and one in the living room. Only knives were paring knives, but I was told that was common in Morocco. Very inconvenient only having one plug in the kitchen. That meant you could use the kettle to make tea but then had to wait TWENTY minutes to.mske something close to resembling toast.
Poorly maintained - dirty windows, top of fridge, etc.
Empty bottle of toilet bowl cleaner left on the toilet and empty spray bottle. Dirty towel left in the bathroom. The drying rack was full of items from the last guest.
There was a panini maker instead of a toaster - no.problem except it literally took TEN minutes to warm up a piece of bread PER side!
The entrance to the building is dark and dirty. When we arrived about 8, we were escorted by someone through a dark terrace that was pitch black.
We would have appreciated a couple of bottles of water, as foreigners are encouraged to drink bottled water and we needed to go out and buy those immediately.

Comfort and hygiene Out of all the places we stayed during our seven-day trip to Morocco, this was by far the best accommodation! We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment, its excellent cleanliness, and the fact that everything worked perfectly.
The bed and mattress were excellent, clean, and very comfortable. Combined with the electric exterior shutters that completely block out the light, we slept wonderfully.
The two air-conditioning units worked perfectly, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and the shower and toilet were spacious and clean. We were especially happy to find a washing machine, which allowed us to wash all the clothes we had accumulated over the previous five days and pack everything clean into our suitcases again.
We didn’t use the swimming pool, but it was a good size and looked clean.
There is also a small shop right next to the apartment entrance, which is very convenient whenever you need to buy something.
The owners were extremely friendly, always available via WhatsApp, and happy to help with any questions we had.
If we visit Marrakech again, we will definitely look for accommodation here once more!

From the moment we arrived, this apartment felt like the perfect base for experiencing Marrakech. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend it. It’s spacious, stylish, comfortable and has everything you could need for a stay in Marrakech. The bed was incredibly comfy, the shower was lovely and hot, and everything felt very well thought out. The excellent hairdryer and straighteners were also a real bonus.
The location was one of the things we loved most. It feels very central, making it a great base for exploring Marrakech and getting around the city. There’s a shop literally next door that’s open 24/7, which was incredibly handy. There’s also an alcohol shop about a 5 minute walk away, on the opposite side of the road just past the turning for Jardin Majorelle. Uber is widely available too, and we found it much cheaper and easier than using the local taxis.
The road outside the balcony is busy, but we actually enjoyed that. Sitting outside with a drink, people-watching and taking in the hustle and bustle of Marrakech really added to the atmosphere and made us feel part of the city.
The swimming pool is another lovely bonus. After a busy day walking around the Medina, it was so nice to come back, have a swim and relax before heading out again in the evening.
Yassine was exceptional from start to finish. He was warm, welcoming, incredibly helpful and always quick to respond. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and whenever we needed anything, he dealt with it immediately and kept us updated throughout. That level of care and attention really made a difference to our stay.
We were genuinely impressed with the apartment, the location and the way Yassine looked after us. It was comfortable, extremely well equipped and perfectly placed for enjoying Marrakech. We would happily stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

La struttura molto pulita, ha un bellissimo balcone molto bello per fare colazione la mattina, l’appartamento dotato di cucina molto pulita soggiorno stanza e bagno. la piscina molto pulita e accessibile a tutte le ore. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile la posizione della struttura di trova molto vicino a quasi tutte le attrazioni.
In realtà non ho trovati nulla di che non mi sia piaciuto
