Nice place in the old quarters. Rooms and staff top notch. Breakfast was good with both continental and regional fare. Staff especially Fiona at the front desk were great and kind enough to allow as to use rooms even after check out. Travel arrangements were done with great efficiency. Will come back another time.
Nothing except a minor issue with busy road with some traffic noise.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Acoustic Premium Hotel in Hanoi.
The rooms were absolutely gorgeous — spacious, beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. After travelling around Vietnam, it was such a pleasure to arrive somewhere that felt so comfortable and luxurious.
What really made the experience special was the incredible service. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like royalty. All the staff were lined up to welcome us, and each of us received a lovely gift. It was such a beautiful and unexpected touch.
Even when we departed, the staff made us feel just as special. The warmth, attention to detail and genuine hospitality were exceptional.
A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Hanoi.
