The place was big and comfortable, with parking and a washing machine. The place wasn’t clean enough on arrival and they sent another cleaning crew at our request which was nice.
I think it isn’t mentioned enough in the reviews- it is hard to locate the house, and impossible to get to without a car, and a small car to cross in the very narrow streets. As mentioned the floor was dirty when we arrived (though they did come to clean). Only half the units have a rooftop balcony. Ours didn’t have one.
In my eyes the house is far too expensive for what you get.

"Modern house with all amenities. Good view of Mt Fuji on the balcony. Quiet, secluded but within a short distances from the station and shops."
