Am coming again

Beautiful high ceiling apt. Very clean

Was amazing

1 / 10

This was by far one of the worst stays I’ve experienced.

Absolutely nothing

Where do I begin? I’ve never encountered such a horrible stay. The AC was leaking water onto my bed and pillow, I asked for my room to be picked up and it was not, but there were bright lights shining from the apartment. Next to me, it would keep me up until six or 7 o’clock in the morning. They promised they would fix it, and would find any excuse not to. I came back and found tools in a ladder in my room, they never came back to fix it, although they promised they would. Whenever they’re female managers, I believe her name is Farah, spoke to me, and the most ghetto and unprofessional manner, and when I escalated it to Zayneb and Bahi, they said they would resolve the issue. Nothing got resolved. I have pictures and times stamps of all of our conversations via WhatsApp. I did not feel safe as there were frequent disruptions, and fighting amongst other patron, and Security was never around. WiFi rarely worked.

Comfy Apartments

We stayed for two nights at Brasbell High Ceilings Apartments in Zamalek, and we had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The bedroom was very comfortable, and we slept really well thanks to the cozy beds. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, even though we arrived very late at night. I highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again on my next visit to Cairo.

Great Accomodation

This is the best hotel which you can find in Zamalek area. The stuff were very helpful, despite we have arrived the hotel early, they have accepted to drop our luggage until check-in time. The area is very closely to nile river only 10 min by walking. You can find different restaurants which have amazing meals. Highly recommended. Additionalty we wish that we could stay long
