This hotel stay is amazing! They made us feel at home with welcome drinks, friendly conversations, and warm hearts. They are currently developing this property but you can tell they really care for their clients. Michael has been exceptional with this service. He was attentive and accommodating. The gym and tea ceremony amenities are currently at The Urban (their sister site) but it’s a four minute walk. Happy hour is practically all day - buy one get one cocktail drinks. Pool is refreshing. We enjoyed it so much!

Lovely, calm & relaxed vibe in beautiful, well cared for grounds. The pool was a peaceful place to hang out and once the new restaurant is finished, it will be another great asset. My room was spacious & tasteful, with a comfortable bed - it had everything I needed and was kept beautifully clean by staff. Location was perfect, in a quiet street within easy walking distance / short tuk-tuk ride to central areas & the river. All of the staff strive hard to make the property a very magical place to be. I stayed a week and did not regret my choice once - Infact I thought I made a lucky find and would happily return and recommend. I was greeted with a warm welcome on arrival so that I immediately felt comfortable as a single, older female traveller. The staff did everything they could to help make my week in Siem Reap as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Nothing was too much trouble and always with a warm smile. Thank you to all the staff but special thanks to Michael who helped me in many different ways from arranging physiotherapy to SIM card to tours and bus tickets, and also to Sey and Lilea who took time to advise, arrange & support me. And Mr Sokha who drove me on temple tours for two days, looking after me and my bad back, making sure I had the best experience.

Great stay at The Jungle Hotel. Warm and welcoming staff, particularly Lilian and also Michael, who arranged a free tuktuk for me. Spotless comfortable and well appointed room. Terrific location in the busy night market area but the hotel itself was serene and quiet. Would happily visit again

We loved our stay at the hotel! The surroundings are beautiful, gorgeous landscaping and the staff are exceptional, particularly Michael who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, including extending our check out time since we had a later flight.
The hotel is also very conveniently located and a 5 min walk to Angkor night street so very easy to get around.
We highly recommend to those planning to visit this area and hopefully will have the chance to stay here again soon!
