The location was great, the instructions to get into my room was great, my room was clean, cozy, and inviting. I appreciate clean towels and bath mat. I appreciate the drinking water, coffee, tea, sweet bread offerings - thank you. I appreciate the refrigerator and locker storage services.
I didn't like my squeaky door each time I went in and out of my room. Brighter lighting options in my room would've been better, also a warmer bulb shade would've added a warmer touch (vs blue lighting bulb). I had hoped not to have to make change from US dollars to Euros, but I had to go out of my way to accommodate this request in order to pay my tourist tax at to the property. I would've appreciated an option to pay their credit card fee in order that I could pay with my credit card, instead of Euros. In US, that is the case in some business establishments and I comply.

Molto comoda la posizione, silenziosa la camera,
Non c'era acqua corrente né per la doccia né per il bagno

It’s super noisy, from the bathroom next door to the rooms neighbouring, to light in the shared spaces piercing in your room.. ALSO NO AC!!! VERY WARM IN THE EVENING

"Amazing location, the room was clean and looked lovely. Had no issues with checking in at all. There is also a small common kitchen area with a fridge, plastic utensils, coffee, tea, and even pastries..."
