Didn't have a pleasant stay.
No breakfast
The plumbing didn't work on the first night, and I kept bumping my head because the walls were too short

Beware of false information in the title of the advertisement of this appartment!
Before and upon arrival, communication with the host was prompt, friendly and reliable. I asked for a late checkout at noon, which was kindly granted as the appartement wasn't let after us. I indicated our arrival time and the host came with the key, friendly welcome. The appartement itself was clean, as was the comfortable bedding and provided towels. Cookies and softdrink were a nice gesture and my son loved the books aimed at his agegroup. The host was helpful in providing detailed info about nerby services (ordering food, emergency numbers, WIFI...). WIFI worked well and so did the appliances that we used. The appartment had lots of the stuff you need, kitchen and toilet paper, salt pepper, vinegar, coffee capsules, tea bags etc. The kitchen is well equipped. So we felt welcome and unpacked our suitcases. And then of course, we wanted to get to the beach, which is literally 30s away from the apartment. BUT....
The beach which is 30s away from the appartment is NOT accessible. There is a HUGE construction site on the beach and the promenade which has been there for some time and is planned for 23 month and 15MIO Euro. We just stood there flabbergasted and couldn't believe it! No warning or mentioning from the host. Nothing. So instead of relaxing on the beach after the journey (and this is what we came for!), we trailed along the construction fences trying to find a way to the beach, asking people on the street. Finally someone indicated us to a passage through a building from where you can access a strip of beach, about 100m in width, enclosed by a construction site to the left and one to the right. If you know where to go, it's a 4 minute walk from the appartment. We were still in total disbelief, which I let the host know via text message. He wrote back, saying, what's the problem, you can still get to the beach, indicating the little enclosed strip we were already on.
From then on, the communication became super unfriendly, even hostile. Still, we communicated, he send also info on how to get to the beach on the other side of the construction. There is a long beach, which can be reached within 5 min. walk from the appartment, 6-7min if constuction noise isn't what you look for during a beach holiday (they also work on saturdays). I informed the host that I would sleep over it and tell him the next day, if we wanted any action taken with booking.com. Which I did, telling him the next day that we really were not happy in the appartment, since the location was not as advertised 30s from the beach. There is no shortage of flats in Juan-les-Pins, with most of them being only minutes away from the beach. Many of them are double the size of this one at the same price. The reason we decided to stay in this appartment even though it is really tiny, were the 30s to the beach AND the appartment being NEW. Which it isn't, plain and simple. Functional and clean, yes, but new? No! The next days I spent by trying to reach booking.com Total desaster, not the hosts fault though. He also tried to reach them with little to no result. He texted me to offer a reimbursement and/or (?) 50€, but since I didn't get any confirmation of this offer by booking.com, I declined, stating to him and Booking.com that we would stay on as booked, not because we were having such a great time, but because 1) I had no written information about the promised reimbursement, 2) we had not been offered any other location and 3) because packing up, moving out, looking for another location, moving in there would cost us a whole day, plus stress. After this statement, the host tried to kick us out, saying we had to leave the appartment at 10 a.m. the next day two days in a row. Which I refused, without any peace of mind and relaxation, though, of course. We felt totally cheated! The appartment is advertised as being new and 30s from the beach. It is neither!

Det var rökskadat och höll sig fast under hela resan. Tvättmaskinen började ryka och all vår tvätt luktade svavel och fick fläckar. Vi bad om wifi för att det skulle finnas och ingå men vi fick inget svar av värden. Det var flera tydliga skador på lägenheten som inte sågs på bilderna. Sen incheckning, vi fick stå och vänta.
