Very bad experience, had to leave early and find a better accomodation.

The building is very near to the city centre and the ocean, that is the only good thing.

The whole property looks great on photos, but in reality its terrible. You need to pay up 250eur deposit in advance (in case you break something or don’t obey the rules), however, the apartment is already in a broken state - the door from shower cabin are broken, during our stay the toilet flush button broke, the whole building lost water for almost a full day, drawer inside freezer was broken, lights in the main room didn’t work, and they didn’t even have proper bed sheets, instead they gave us some bad synthetic cover which is bad for the skin… And the list goes on. We booked the room for 3 nights. In the end we only stayed 1 night (even during that night we slept without sheets), and the next day decided that we don’t want to take this anymore, so we left the property early. What’s even more worrisome is that communication with the host was very bad. During our stay he was not on the island, so every complaint that we had - nobody could do anything about it. Worse yet, they tried to explain to us how the things we demand are somehow luxurious and are not in scope for that apartment. Is luxury just wanting to have bed sheets, light in the room, and toilet that you can flush without problems? They also tried to gaslight us by saying that this apartment has price 20eur per night per person, even though we paid 205eur for 3 nights stay for 2 persons (~70eur per night). The previous apartment in which we were in on the south of the island had a little bit lower price for one night and it was way way waaay better!

Die Lage ist zentral und die Küste ist sehr nahe. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und das Apartment sauber.

Das Apartment ist ohne Konzept und eher lieblos funktionell eingerichtet. Manche Schränke sind nur teilweise zu öffnen, da der Kühlschrank nicht in die Küchenzeile passt. Die Ausstattung ist auf ein Minimum beschränkt und teilweise beschädigt. Der nahe gelegene Busbahnhof ist sehr laut zu hören.
