Because stay in this property we has spoiled our vacation in the beautiful city.

The only positive thing about this property was its location, although even that is debatable.

First of all, finding the keys to the apartment was a whole ordeal. The management company provided a non-working contact number. Responses to text messages were incredibly slow, and it took them half an hour to finally provide a working phone number. The apartment itself is extremely small, with barely enough space for two adults to move around, let alone find a place for our small suitcases. The apartment is poorly maintained, with holes in the ceiling and walls. The bathroom is absolutely microscopic. The toilet is located right under the window, and the tiny sink is inconvenient and leaks. We ended up using the kitchen sink exclusively. The shower stall is so small that it is difficult to turn around, and the dirty shower curtain kept sticking to our bodies. There was no internet access from the very first day of our stay. Despite repeatedly asking them to fix the problem, no one responded or took any action for four days. There were restaurants right below the windows. On top of everything else, there was unbearable noise outside the windows until around 2 a.m. And most funny, we were charged a non-refundable €26 fee for potential damage to the property.

Posizione

5 / 10·Dec 2024

Posizione eccellente.
