Dorothea is a very accommodating host. The apartment was cleaned, all furniture and appliances were provided. The bed was comfy, the room was huge with good ventilations. I was coming solo and I felt safe around the neighborhood (unless when it was very late at night but that’s on me I guess) and it only took about 5-7 mins walk to the closest tram/bus stop. The room was so pretty and it looked exactly like the pics.

Dorothea nos puso todo tipo de facilidades, tanto en checkin como checkout. El apartamento es precioso, más si cabe que en las fotos. Muy cuidado y muy funcional, con mucho encanto. La ubicación es cierto que está próximo a Gare du Nord, y hasta el centro es un trayecto de 2p-35 min en tranvía 55, y por desconocimiento el barrio de noche puede transmitir cierta inseguridad, pero nada más lejos de la realidad, conforme pasaban las noches nos íbamos encontrando más cómodos por sus calles.
Gare du Nord para desplazarte a Brujas, Gante, Aeropuerto, Lier o Lovaina es perfecto.
Hemos estado muy a gusto. Gracias Dorothea por hacerlo todo tan fácil.
Ir al centro lleva un poco más de tiempo que complica ir a pie, salvo que eches 45 min, y Bruselas en general por las noches es poco luminosa, bastante tenue. Al principio nos dió cierto respeto el entorno desde Gare du Nord hasta Verboheken, pero todo pasó a la segunda noche. Es barrio con fincas preciosas y de vida normal, trabajadora, con todo tipo de servicios, Boulangerie excepcional, Carrefour express, y otros.
Bruselas como ciudad cosmopolita encuentras el lujo más supremo y la miseria absoluta en contraposición.

Todo, todo y todo. No nos ha faltado de nada. Toallas, mantas, almohadas de sobra. Todos los utensilios de cocina, del baño y de limpieza. Lavadora secadora, horno, microondas, cafetera, tostadora, secador de pelo, plancha de la ropa, etc... No pensárselo. Vale la pena alojarse aqui. La Dueña es super agradable y simpática. Siempre preocupada por que no nos falte de nada y que nuestra estancia sea cómoda y agradable. A 20 minutos a pie de la estación norte

Everything provided except no milk for the coffee and internet wouldn't work.
No milk!! Also the couple of carrots in the frozen in vegetable drawer in the refrigerator were perplexing.The major problem for an older sole traveller was negotiating the steep stairs with a suitcase. Perhaps this was my fault but I did not notice any reference to u it being upstairs when I booked.
