Struttura molto bene organizzata nel cuore di Roma, vicino a Termini e al centro storico, nonché alle metro.
Camere in appartamenti ristrutturato molto bene, all'interno di un palazzo con ascensore.
Si accede con codice fornito al momento del check in online. Una volta fatto, sei libero con self check in e check out.
Camera silenziosa, dimensioni buone. Bagno piccolo.
Letto comodo, con prese vicino al comodino. TV e wifi ottimi.
Bagno con doccia grande, prodotti per igiene e asciugamani.
Camera dotata di tavolino con bollitore e macchinetta caffè, cialde, the, tazze e biiscottini. Manca solo un piccolo frigo.
Inoltre, c'è una comodissima stanza comune con microonde, piano cottura, stoviglie e lavello, tavolino dove poter cucinare e mangiare, o anche solo rilassarsi

The host was very friendly and responsive, even in the early hours of the morning when we arrived late due to our flight being delayed. Both the room and the bathroom were spacious and despite sharing a triple room, there was plenty of space for everyone, so it never felt cramped. The shutters were also excellent at blocking out the sunlight, making it much easier to sleep. Overall, a comfortable stay!
The room could have been better laid out, with a larger wardrobe and more power sockets. However, the biggest issue was the noise. The property is located on a busy main road, and as our room was right by the entrance, we could also hear people coming and going throughout the night. Even with earplugs, we were repeatedly woken up by various noises. Double-glazed windows would make a big difference in reducing the traffic noise.
The location is convenient, with metro and tram stations nearby, but it is a little far from the main attractions, and there is not much to do in the surrounding area later in the evening. The TV also had strange colours and could probably do with an upgrade.

Geluid op de kamer van andere kamers. Al komt dit ook omdat de persoon de kamer naast ons qeer veel lawaai maakte.

The room had been recently renovated, with new furniture and comfortable beds. We especially liked the modern and spacious shower and the convenient bathroom. The shared kitchen was well equipped and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly appreciated the water dispenser with clean drinking water.
The inner courtyard of the building was lovely and had a truly authentic Italian atmosphere. The location was also convenient overall. Communication with the host was excellent, and we are especially grateful for his support and assistance during the overbooking situation.
Before our trip, we were informed that there had been an overbooking, and instead of staying at My Maison Italy Guesthouse, we were relocated to another property, Bloom Home.
The biggest downside, and unfortunately the main disappointment, was the size of the room. It was very small, significantly smaller than the room we had originally booked at My Maison Italy Guesthouse, and it felt extremely cramped. Because of the TV mounted on the wall, we kept hitting our heads when walking to the bathroom, the shower, or the exit.
Another disappointment was that the room we originally booked had two large French balcony windows, which we really loved and which were one of the reasons we chose this property. The room we were moved to had only one small window, so it felt much darker and less spacious.
When we arrived, there was also quite a lot of hair on the floor left by previous guests. Apart from that, everything else was ok.
