我们本来想在Pienza住两天，临时改变行程在附近的buonconvento住了一晚，感受非常好。
这是一栋二层别墅，安保设施完善，屋内装修很好，充满艺术感。设施完备，价格作为一个整栋二层别墅也不贵，性价比高。
房主热情周到，提供了很多有用的信息，也免费提供了去火车站接送的服务。
别墅位置不错，离老城很近，离火车站也不远，开车大概3分钟就到。
老城很有生活气息，有很厚重的历史感。
这里不是旅游城市，所以物价不高。吃了两顿饭，味道很好，价格很便宜。一大块牛排才18欧。之前在Pienza吃饭，只有三分之二的分量，价格就25欧了。

The facilities exceed one's expectations for a holiday apartment. Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, air-fryer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, gym, piano, computer desk with monitor, TV in 3 rooms, iron, etc. Having private parking inside the villa is a big plus too. Air-conditioners are available in the kitchen, 2 of the bedrooms and gym room. Only 1 bedroom doesn't have it. Finding an accommodation with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is pretty rare! The accommodation is very spacious, can be easily converted into 4 bedrooms. Water pressure is good, and so is warm water. A gem of a property with restaurants very close by.
Too much unnecessary furniture and things on furniture making it impossible to keep the property clean enough. Too many frames on furniture, so maids only clean in front of them. Frames full of dust and so is furniture behind the frames. 3 coat hangers, all with dust, 2 old sewing machines on the entrance, again dusty. Webs in wash room and entrance. On your way down the stairs you can see dust on top of furniture. All bedroom furniture needs a good refurbishing. You can barely open drawers and wardrobes. Too much unnecessary stuff left in drawers, like frames, old batteries, carton boxes. Too much clutter! Beds are not steady at all, furniture too old. Two bottles of water upon arrival would have been appreciated. Many hosts offer this, especially when guests arrive late at night.

Výborná poloha na objavovanie Toskánska. Krásny, čistý, útulný a výborne vybavený apartmán s klimatizáciou a so záhradou s vybavením. Maximálne ústretový a komunikatívny majiteľ. Blízko je obchod, reštaurácie a malebné centrum mestečka.
