Location perfect for my needs. Appointment in the area that I could walk to. I opened the window for some fresh air when I was first checking in and unpacking a few things. Lots of street noise. Thought, glad I brought my earplugs. But with windows closed didn't hear a thing. There was a little patio out back where I ate breakfast the next morning, too, and then noticed all the planes right over head. Didn't hear that when door closed either. So soundproofing in windows, doors, amazing! Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. LX Factory with a large selection of shops and restaurants just down the street, and many more. Very welcoming with a great info sign on wifi, how to use all appliances, and more.
I live in Portugal and drove here. Like most big cities, street parking is HARD. When I search for parking (free or not) I EXPECT parking. Not there MAY be street parking if you are very lucky and drive around for 5-10 minutes circling multiple blocks. I expect BOOKING.COM to add a "street parking" only filter to let us know if there is NOT a parking lot. I got lucky and found parking but it took a while on a Saturday afternoon check-in. That is the ONLY negative. This is a BOOKING.COM issue IMO.
If you are taking public transportation (tram and buses right outside, very convenient) or bolt/taxi, this is a lovely place to stay.

Muy buena ubicación cerca del LX Factory
La cama me pareció muy baja y un poco incómoda

Fantastic location - near several museums and LX Factory and lots of great places to eat nearby - but away from touristy centre.
