4pm checkin is very late. We notified the hotel we would be arriving from Europe and would appreciate an early checkin as we would be exhausted. No attempt was made to accommodate us. Whilst I know the housekeeper has a lot of rooms to clean, the reception just sent us away without making any attempt to speak with housekeeping. We were exhausted after such a long journey. Really spoiled our overnight stay.

Breakfast in Nettuno was very good and we appreciated the $15.00 credit per day. Luis the waiter was excellent. Refurbished lobby is well done. Very stylish. Staff at reception were very helpful. Room on 9th floor was comfortable and quiet.

Overnight parking is way too expensive at $59.00 per night for valet (tip not included). We parked elsewhere. We were not aware the Halo Room was unavailable to regular guests on 9/24 until we exited the elevator on 14th floor. Prior advice of the private function to guests would have been nice so we could have visited on 9/23. Bar and wait staff in Sky Room were busy but the attitude ranged from efficient to cranky. Lengthy wait time for a drink order meant we didn't order a second round. Dress code in the Sky Room is totally ignored by many guests. It is mentioned in the literature we were given by the hotel, yet 10-20% of the guests were breaching the code. We went to the trouble of dressing up and were unimpressed during our time up there. Guest brought a small dog to the Nettuno cafe while we were eating breakfast. It was not a service dog. The guest sat with it at the table next to it. I was less than impressed. Dogs don't belong in dining establishments.

From the moment I booked to the room to requesting help with getting a reservation to the Sky Room everything was wonderful! Love Love Love the Breakers

The staff was amazing. The technology was very cool and the shower was great. The curtains were cool because you just need to start to open or close them and they finished electronically. The Sky Room restaurant was very good. We got the short ribs and they were excellent.

I booked a single king room and they put me in a 2 queen room. The coffee machine was broken and the blow dryer outlet was clicking so I had to unplug it when not in use. The toilet paper holder was broken too and would clunk loudly in the middle of the night. The room was noisy as it must have been next to the laundry room or something. The elevators are very slow. The floor in the room was filthy. It was so dirty that I walked across it one time in my socks and they were dark brown. Room service doesn’t have much selection and is extremely expensive even for that caliber of hotel.
