In the large living room with a flat-screen TV, the loden couch and a recliner invite you to relax and watch TV or read after an eventful day in Berchtesgaden. The interplay between historic architectural elements—such as the wooden beam ceiling dating back to 1631—and the modern interior design creates a very special atmosphere and a unique living experience.

The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d expect in a modern kitchen. You can make your coffee using either a Nespresso machine or a drip coffee maker, and all other essential appliances and accessories are provided. A small bistro table by the large kitchen window invites you to enjoy a cozy espresso.

Directly adjacent to the kitchen is the beautiful dining room with a view of Berchtesgaden. It is furnished with a large dining table, a modern fireplace, and a reading chair.

You’ll sleep in a Swiss stone pine bedroom known for its exceptional sleep-promoting qualities. The cozy double bed, featuring a loden headboard and premium mattresses, ensures restful nights. A flat-screen TV is provided, as are blackout curtains so you can sleep in undisturbed.

The modern, natural-light-filled bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower features underfloor heating, a towel warmer, and a high-quality natural stone sink. In addition to the toilet in the bathroom, there is another separate toilet in the apartment’s entryway.

An absolute highlight of this apartment is located on the west side of the building—the private terrace and large garden. These are available exclusively to the tenants of this apartment and offer a wonderful view of the Berchtesgaden market and the surrounding mountains. Enjoy breakfast in the morning sun; the bakery for fresh rolls is just a few minutes’ walk away.

The apartment is not suitable for children under 16 years of age.

A parking space is reserved for you in the underground garage (max. height 2 m) in the center of Berchtesgaden. Access to the house is possible upon arrival and departure.
