Apartment with a garden just a short walk from the sea, lined with rocky, gravel, or sandy beaches. Near the apartment is a pine forest where you can take refreshing walks, exercise, or ride the bike path into town. After climbing three steps, you enter the apartment, which features a separate entrance, a living area, a sleeping area, and a spacious patio reserved for our guests, equipped with a table, chairs, and a bench where you can have breakfast, enjoy a meal, read a book, or relax for a moment after a day spent visiting the nearby cities of art—PISA, FLORENCE, LUCCA, the Cinque Terre, and SIENA—in the Chianti hills, or by the sea. In the living area, there is a dining nook with a table and chairs for meals, a sofa, a TV, a kitchen with a refrigerator and small freezer, a stovetop, an electric oven for warming brioche, a toaster, and an espresso machine (pods not included) or a moka pot and kettle. The kitchen opens onto the terrace and courtyard, where there is also a table with benches. In the sleeping area, there are two spacious bedrooms with double beds; a single bed can be added upon request. For children, a crib and high chair are available, along with a closet for hanging clothes. The bathroom features a shower, soap, and a hair dryer. On summer evenings, from 6:30 PM to 1:00 AM, the waterfront is closed to vehicular traffic, allowing you to stroll peacefully all the way to the marina or ride a bike along the bike path to Tirrenia (another seaside resort). Near the apartment, you’ll find traditional local restaurants, as well as supermarkets, a horseback riding center, tennis courts, and bus stops for routes to the cities of Pisa or Livorno. You can take the bus to the famous Piazza dei Miracoli (Leaning Tower), stroll along the Arno River, visit Palazzo Blu—where exhibitions are held—or explore the museums. Street parking is free right outside the apartment.
