Our newly renovated "Gartenblick" vacation apartment on the 1st floor offers plenty of space for 2–5 people. You’ll enjoy upscale living comfort in a 110-square-meter space. The apartment was completed in the spring of 2024 following modernization and renovation. The cozy living room, featuring a leather couch and a large flat-screen satellite TV, invites you to relax. The fully equipped open-concept kitchen area, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, fully automatic coffee maker, and toaster, leaves nothing to be desired. The vacation rental features 3 separate, modern bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a box-spring bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed, and 1 bedroom with a senior-friendly bed featuring a raised entry height. The spacious bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower and rain showerhead, a bathtub, a large mirror, and hand and bath towels, rounds out the overall experience. There is also a spacious south-facing balcony accessible from the living area. In the summer, you can enjoy relaxing barbecue evenings in our garden with seating. A gas or charcoal grill can be provided for this purpose. A washing machine and clothes rack are available for a small additional fee to wash your clothes. NON-SMOKING APARTMENT: Smoking is, of course, permitted on the balcony or outdoors. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge. Location/Surroundings: The “Gartenblick” vacation rental is located in Langdorf, in the heart of the Bavarian Forest. The beautiful, large garden with flowering shrubs, flowers, and spreading fruit trees invites you to linger. Location: The tourist information office, butcher shop, and supermarket are just a few minutes’ walk away. When snow conditions permit, there is a floodlit cross-country ski trail on-site. Location and Surroundings: Our town is situated between the Arber region and the Bavarian Forest National Park, offering ideal conditions for short or extended tours and excursions, Whether on foot, by bike, car, or train. Swimming pools in Bodenmais, Regen, or Zwiesel are easily accessible. In summer and fall, our surrounding local mountains—such as the Großer Arber, Falkenstein, Hennenkobel, and Silberberg—are perfect for hiking. During the winter months, our region offers a wide variety of winter sports activities. The ski area at Großer Arber and the Bretterschachten cross-country skiing center are known for their reliable snow conditions. Sledding runs and winter hiking trails are perfect for extended excursions. A 50% prepayment is charged upon booking. The balance is due on-site in cash. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. Washing machine: 3 EUR per load. The base rate includes towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, and parking.
