Our bright, mountain-facing ground-floor apartment (70 m² of living space) with a covered terrace, garden area, and underground parking is located in Bad Kleinkirchheim (in the Zirkitzen district) at 1,080 meters above sea level, in close proximity to the Kaiserburg gondola (500 m and 50 m to the ski bus stop, respectively) and the Kinderskizirkus grounds surrounding the Kaiserburg. Just across the street (100 meters away) is the sports center, featuring an ice rink, an 8-kilometer cross-country ski trail, and grass and artificial turf soccer fields. In the summer, you can go hiking, biking, and golfing (Kaiserburg Golf Course, 4 km away), play tennis (Tenniscourt by Jakob, 1 km away), or enjoy the beautiful lake region (10-minute drive) right from the apartment.
Our apartment is a 2-minute drive, 5-minute bus ride, or 10–15-minute walk from the ski lifts, the ski slopes, and the ski school & Intersport RENT. There is a bus stop right in front of the house (50 m) that takes you to the center of Bad Kleinkirchheim (free ski-spa bus). In the summer, you can also be comfortably taken anywhere by the “Nockmobil” (on-demand taxi) (for a small fee).
Wi-Fi, satellite TV, bed linens, towels, toilet paper, and a starter kit for kitchen use are provided in the apartment. The apartment features modern Alpine-style furnishings crafted by a carpenter, and every room exudes a cozy, inviting atmosphere.
A lockable underground parking garage for your car is available in the building, as well as a lockable storage compartment for your skis. Bicycles can also be stored there.
