We offer a spacious apartment (90 m²) on the second and top floor of a building constructed in 2004 equipped with an elevator. Its corner location with commanding views offers an unobstructed vista on both sides; the apartment is bright and features independent heating, just a few minutes from the train station and the bus stop, and conveniently located near amenities.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a table that seats 6 people, which can easily be moved into the living room.
During the summer, you can also enjoy the covered outdoor area for al fresco dining and sipping a glass of wine upon returning from an outing.
You’ll find two fully furnished bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room with a sleeper sofa, a kitchen, and two spacious balconies—ideal for couples, families, and small groups
Across from the apartment is a small square where you can park, but if you’d like, for an additional fee, you can use a private garage to park motorcycles, cars, or bicycles
