About this house rental

Enjoy exclusive comfort on the farm in our luxury home, 7°Ost, built in 2017. With 115 square meters of living space, it leaves nothing to be desired.

Experience an incredible sense of space and enjoy plenty of room for a relaxing family vacation. Our guests affectionately refer to House 7°Ost as the “feel-good house.” From your terrace, you have direct access to the spacious garden and the two playgrounds. At the end of the day, you can enjoy the starry sky from your terrace by candlelight with a glass of wine. The vacation home is suitable for one family with grandparents.

We offer relaxing vacations on Lake Alfsee for the whole family.

Our farm is a vacation paradise for families and offers everything children and parents could wish for during the best time of the year: Plenty of space for the kids to play and run around, quiet spots for parents to unwind, and—for relaxation—an infrared sauna or a lounge chair in the sun on the lawn.
