Nestled in a wonderfully peaceful setting, our spacious vacation apartments—ranging from 80 to 100 m²—offer the perfect retreat to unwind—relax, enjoy nature, the view, and the silence!!
Special highlights:

• Dogs are warmly welcome here: Your four-legged friend is not only allowed to accompany you but can also join you at our private beach on Lake Millstatt. A flat fee of €45 applies per stay for additional cleaning. This amount may increase accordingly in case of heavy soiling.
• Lake Millstätter Inclusive Card: Enjoy free admission to the most beautiful beach resorts, discounted admission to the Millstättersee Bathhouse and Drautal Perle —an indoor pool with a slide—as well as the Thermal Römerbad in Bad Kleinkirchheim, free travel on the alpine toll roads, discounted rides on the Nockmobil, free travel on the S-Bahn lines throughout Carinthia, and free admission to museums, plus much more!
Our Villa:

• A harmonious place of well-being: Our vacation apartments are intentionally Wi-Fi-free to provide a low-radiation and relaxing atmosphere. For necessary internet access, wired internet is available in the entryway for your own laptop. Please note that Wi-Fi boosters and personal hotspots are not permitted to ensure a restful experience for all guests.
• Amenities: Two apartments, each with a fireplace or tiled stove, as well as spacious sun terraces or balconies. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding Nockberge Mountains and the peaks of the Hohe Tauern range toward the Großglockner, Austria’s highest mountain.
• Amenities: Large property with table tennis, badminton, a small sandbox, and a swing, as well as a sunny meadow for relaxing
• Bread roll service available upon request
• 2 ponies and/or sheep on our large meadow below the house—watch them, pet them....
Activities: Our idyllic location on the sunny plateau of Millstatt is the ideal starting point for numerous activities:

• Hiking in the Nockberge Mountains or along the Via Paradiso.
• Exploring the Millstätter Alm on foot or by mountain bike.
• Leisurely bike rides around Lake Millstatt.
• Relax at your own private beach on Lake Millstatt—and your dog is welcome too!!
• Tennis court just around the corner

Vacation Apartment 1 is 100 m². It features 2 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with a tub, shower, and bidet, 2 sinks, and a separate toilet.
A cozy living room with a fireplace, SAT.TV and a radio, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a dining room.
A wraparound balcony with a dining table and lounge chairs for relaxing, offering a magnificent south-facing view!



On-site costs: Millstättersee Inclusive Card, parking available, private swimming area on the lake, linens, dishes, and towels provided, well-behaved dogs welcome!



Check-in is from 12:00 a.m. to 2:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
